Common questions

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app → Profile tab → Settings → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

A product scan gave the wrong result — how do I report it?

Email support@karehub.io with the product name or barcode. We'll investigate and update the product database.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link within a few minutes.

I signed in with Apple / Google and can't access my account on a new device

Sign in again using the same Apple or Google account you used originally. Your data is tied to your Apple ID or Google account email.

How do I turn off notifications?

You can disable notifications from Profile → Settings → Notifications, or from your device's system settings under Limetta.

Is my health data shared with anyone?

No. Your health conditions and allergies are used only to personalise your results and are never sold or shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
